Masks are still compulsory for events in the Leopold Sonnemann Hall and in the workshops at the Young Museum, because the recommended minimum distance cannot be maintained there.

The reduced rates apply upon presentation of proof for:

- Pupils, students and trainees (each over 18 years)
- people with disabilities (50 and up on the German disability rating scale)

– recipients of ALG II (unemployment benefits)
- Persons undertaking voluntary service, e.g. voluntary social year, voluntary ecological year, voluntary military service (with proof)

- Acutely ill persons should not visit the museum.
- Walking directions are marked in the stairs.
- While on a tour, follow the orientation marks on the floor (guide system for blind) in order to keep the exhibition's walking direction.
- If you need to use a lift, follow the instructions given there.

- Use the electronic door openers if possible.
- Multimedia stations are regularly disinfected.

- Please follow the recommendations according to Robert Koch Institute (RKI):
   Keep a distance of 1.5 m.
   Wash hands thoroughly.
   Avoid shaking hands.
